Up to 40 people, counting everyone in the room: attendees, instructors, speakers, vendors and guests.

Classroom, U-shape, pods, boardroom or workshop, or a custom layout you request. Choose it on your reservation form and the room is set up before you arrive.

A training day runs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30-minute grace period at the end; time beyond that is billed as overtime. Early access, evenings and weekends are available with advance approval and may cost extra.

An 85-inch presentation display with wireless screen sharing, high-speed WiFi (login details come with your reservation confirmation), whiteboards, easels, flip charts, tables and chairs, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator. There’s no microphone, speaker system or video-conferencing setup, but you’re welcome to bring your own presentation, audio, video or training equipment.

Yes. Outside catering is welcome; you arrange it and handle the cleanup. The kitchenette and refrigerator are yours to use. Alcohol is not allowed without written approval.

Yes, with advance approval. Deliveries can arrive up to five business days before your event; label each package with your company name, event date and contact person. Storage space is limited. Materials can stay overnight for one night, or across consecutive reserved days, at your own risk.

Use the whiteboards, easels and flip charts. Please don’t attach anything to walls, windows, doors, furniture or painted surfaces without approval.

A single day is $650. Multi-day packages lower the daily rate: the 5-Day Pack is $550 per day, the 12-Day Pack $450 per day and the 24-Day Pack $375 per day. Enterprise arrangements are quoted separately. Every booking includes room setup, the equipment above, standard cleaning and free parking. Payment is due in full at purchase.

Package days are valid for 12 months from purchase. On written request, unused days can be extended for up to 90 days; after that they expire and have no cash value. Anyone from the purchasing organization can use them, including employees, contractors and representatives. Packages can’t be transferred to another organization without approval. Package holders get priority scheduling.

With more than five business days’ notice, you can reschedule at no charge. With less notice, or if no one shows up, one training day is forfeited. Packages are non-refundable. If we ever have to cancel your reservation, we’ll offer a replacement day of equal value.

Business customers need commercial general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. For events with more than 25 attendees, please send a certificate of insurance naming Gemba Academy, Inc., Gemba Keller LLC and Gemba Holdings LLC as additional insureds.

Yes. Free on-site parking is available for your whole group.
